The Pentagon’s research arm wants better, more innovative defenses against distributed-denial-of-service attacks on networks that will “enable revolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems.”
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency recently issued a solicitation for what it’s calling the “Extreme DDoS Defense,” or XD3, project that focuses on three broad concepts for improving defenses. Read More.
